On November 14, 2024, the Department of Library and Information Science at the University of Calicut hosted an exciting and memorable welcome party for its new students, marking the beginning of their academic journey in the field of library and information science. The event, aptly named Synapse, took place at 2:00 PM in the Seminar Hall of the department, creating the perfect environment for students, faculty, and staff to come together, celebrate, and foster a sense of community.
