Dr. Vasudevan T.M is Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Calicut,Kerala. He was the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities,University of Calicut from 2014 to 2018. Presently he is the chairman, Board of Studies in Library and Information Science, University of Calicut. Prior to this, he worked at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He has more than 23 years of experience of teaching in Library and Information Science at the postgraduate level. His areas of Interest include information literacy, information communication and library classification. He is a life member of professional associations ILA,KLA and KELPRO.
