National Webinar on "Innovations and Transformations in Libraries" on 10th December 2020 at 11.00 am by Dr. Naushad Ali P. M.     Dr. Naushad Ali P. M. is a Professor at Department of Library & Information Science, Aligarh Muslim University. He is a alumini of Department of Library and Information Science, University of Calicut. National Webinar is jointly organized by Department of Library and Information Science, University of Calicut and Kerala Library Association Kozhikode Region. It was a very informative session by Dr Naushad Ali and a lot of senior library science teachers and library professionals, research scholars and students from all over India participated. 10I participants joined the webinar. We had almost 250 request but could only admit 101 due to some technical problem. Next time we will come up with another medium to accommodate all. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The session was moderated by the Chairperson Dr. Naushad Ali Professor, Dept. of Library and Information Science, Aligarh Muslim University. Almost 74 participants joined in the online meet. This was the second open defense held over online in the history of the department of Library & Information Science, University of Calicut.
